Congrats to everyone who took on 26.1. I think we were all fearful after seeing the announcement, but our community came out in big numbers, faced our fear and celebrated each other.
I wanted to take a minute to shout out David Young. In October he suffered a pretty major injury and he ambitiously told me he had his sights on the Open. I smiled and thought, NO WAY! But he proved me wrong, along with a number of doctors! What a testament to what a healthy, motivated individual can accomplish. Well done David, you set an amazing example in the face of adversity!
