2026 LBCF Cup – Team Assignments


I have a team, so what now?

All you have to do is show up Friday (either a regular class time or during Friday Night Lights) and complete the workout of the day like you normally do every Friday.

Every person, regardless of whether or not they signed up to be part of the LBCF Cup, will complete the workout while another member or coach counts their reps making sure they meet the movement standards set forth by CrossFit HQ. Once done you will have a scorecard that gets left at the gym which is what we use to tally all the scores for each team.

Ok, what’s Friday Night Lights?

Instead of a normal 4pm and 5pm class we run heats starting at 4pm ending when everyone is done with the workout. It’s like a big party. We have a pretty big number of people who do the workout during this block so if we did classes we’d be at the gym until 10pm.

You can sign-up for a heat once you arrive (we will have a whiteboard at the gym). You will be responsible for getting warmed-up before your heat time (we will write a warm-up you can do if you want to use ours).
