We offer CrossFit in two different forms: 1) in our facility, under the watchful eye of our experienced coaches and 2) through following our programming online.

The aim of our program is to get you FIT! And to be fit you need both strength and cardio, we are not concerned with you becoming an Olympic athlete, but we want to give you a fitness level that dramatically increases your quality of life. Chase your kids around, show up at the pool with confidence, run a 5k whenever you’d like, significantly delay the effects of aging and maybe most importantly create a hedge against chronic pain / illness.

While we think in-person coaching and the social component of group training are two of the most important aspects of CrossFit we recognize sometimes the economics don’t work.

We’ve created a structured and effective program that anyone can do with a basic gym membership or home gym. This program starts with building a foundation of strength in the most fundamental movements: squatting, pushing and pulling. Intermixed with our strength work is cardio building days.
