Our CrossFit classes are 60 minutes in duration. They focus on three main tenants:
Variance – basically you will never get board. We DO NOT recycle the same boring workouts over and over again. Everyday is something new and exciting.
Functionality – we make you better at all the things your body was designed to do. Squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, running, jumping, carrying, etc.
Intensity – this scary word just means that you try hard. Feeling like taking on the world? Ramp it up! Only got a few hours of sleep last night? Dial it back.
Classes are coach led and all workouts are taylored to your specific fitness level.
Our program dedicated to our 55+ community. The goal with this class is to help our seniors maintain their indepedence, while having a little fun. Key points of emphasis: balance, footwork, strength, cardiorespiratory endurance and learning.
Classes meet M/W/F at 10:30am, space is limited!
The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning. We want to see your kids grow in strength, skill, confidence and character. Our job is to make it fun!
Classes for ages from 3 – 14 (teens typically join the adult classes).
