    While this may be true, we certainly can delay the effects of aging. Your body, or maybe your mind, desires “easy.” So that recliner feels a little better each day, but your body (and mind) also want growth. Our workouts are designed with your life in mind.     Am I required to buy a membership?

    No! We understand that the life of a retire is unique, sometimes you are in Florida, sometimes you are in Greece, sometimes you are here. We understand this and as a result you simply buy a punch pass. Each time you visit you use a punch. No committment, no awkward cancellations.

    The punch pass sounds nice, how much?

    $170 for 10 visits, $17 per class. Our goal is to give you more value than you pay for.

    Do I need to be fit to do this?

    Not at all, we have helped those who are recovering from major surgeries to those that want a real challenge and everything in between. Our workouts are tailored to you specifically so you get the right amount of challenge without pushing too far.

    What times do you meet?

    Right after coffee. Currently we have one class that meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am. Our goal is to expand our class offerings as our community grows. Be on the lookout for new class times!

    Who teaches the class?

    Our most experienced fitness coaches! Our facility has been around for over 10 years and we have become experts in group fitness, coaching and teach all ability levels.
